Group spa parties for up to 10 guests combine massage, facials, waxing and body sculpting with access to the Serene Suite, and services can be bundled for a set price. Luxury decor packages can be requested.

Memberships are billed automatically each month and run on 3, 6 or 12-month contracts, with a price that does not change during the contract. Unused credits roll over from month to month and expire 30 days after the contract ends, and credits can be gifted to someone else for a $10 fee. Ending a contract early means paying the difference between the original service cost and the price paid. Members also receive 50% off one additional service in their birthday month, along with exclusive discounts and early scheduling access.
