About

Serenity Sheer Massage is open daily from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM at its suite on Galileo Drive in Trinity. The menu is grouped into massage, facials, couples sessions, add-ons and medical CBD services. According to the salon, facial services are provided by trained estheticians.

Clients who are unfamiliar with the different massage types can book a free consultation first. Before a session, clients are asked to share health issues, preferences and needs with their therapist. Couples arriving together are advised to drink water, eat a light meal, wear comfortable clothing and arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Couples sessions use two separate tables, each with its own therapist, and can include candles and music.

Every treatment is given on a heated massage table, and warm towels are placed on the body during massage to help muscles relax. Aromatherapy oils and lotions are used in each treatment, and the salon states that these are all-natural. The signature massage blends Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, bamboo and muscular skeletal techniques, and is tailored after the therapist asks about symptoms, preferences and goals.

Deep tissue work applies heavy, unhurried pressure to reach the lower layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is offered for long-standing aches, tension in the neck and upper back, lower back pain, tight legs and sore shoulders. Lymphatic drainage aims to shift surplus lymph fluid back into circulation, and according to the site it should follow a doctor's advice. The salon says its massage is ranked number one in Trinity, Florida, a claim the salon makes about itself. The business also works alongside other health and lifestyle companies in Trinity.

The salon says the client's overall health is its priority, with the aim of leaving each session feeling better. Once pain eases, sessions may add stretching and simple exercises to support better body function.
