On the nail side, clients can choose regular, gel, dipping powder, Dazzle Dry and spa manicures and pedicures. Dazzle Dry polish is a vegan formula that dries quickly and needs no UV light or soak-off. Structure gel, which the salon used to call UV gel when it worked with UV light and which is also known as Hard Gel, is used for fills, extensions on natural nails and a nail extension set offered as an alternative to acrylics. Gel-X tip extensions are also available. Nail art such as French tips and design work is priced separately from the base service. Gel and dipping services come with a seven-day redo window, and other services have three days.

The spa pedicure is the most involved foot service, with a full callus treatment, cream, hot stone foot massage and paraffin wax. A standalone callus treatment can be added to a pedicure. Children aged 10 and under have their own manicure, pedicure and Dazzle Dry options, and the kids' spa pedicure is priced at 25% off the adult spa pedicure.

The facial menu includes a sensitive skin facial, an acne-focused facial, an anti-aging facial, a quick express facial and a back facial. Microdermabrasion appears in several forms, including a version with ultrasound, along with hydra-dermabrasion and collagen dermabrasion. An eye treatment is designed to be added to a facial, and LED light, gold and extraction-plus-mask add-ons are available. Massage is limited to 10-minute back and foot massages, and waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, bikini, legs and back.

Booking runs through the salon's Square page, and the salon takes cash, Venmo, major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Electronic gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount. The salon charges a 25% fee for last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and it may reschedule arrivals more than 15 minutes late. Services are not refundable, and products cannot be returned or exchanged. Clients who want a particular technician should note it when booking, and multiple guests need separate appointments. Unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon, and phone calls are permitted at low volume without FaceTime or speakerphone.
