Services are by appointment only, booked by phone. Manicures come in basic ($70) and classic ($75) versions, and pedicures in basic ($80), classic ($90) and deluxe ($95) versions, with the deluxe option adding a callus treatment. Acrylic work covers sets, fills, overlays, French nails, broken-nail repairs and removal, and acrylic sets include gel polish. Gel manicures ($90) and gel pedicures ($95) are also offered.
Groups can book a spa party held in the host's home, with waterless manicures and pedicures for the host and guests. The host provides chairs for guests and technicians and enough room for the group, and collects payment from guests, who pay the host rather than the business directly.
Individual bookings take a 50% deposit by credit card, applied to the total. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or changes. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations, but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment given that notice. Parking fees are the client's responsibility and are charged at the end of the service. Clients should disclose any medical conditions at booking, and the business may decline service it cannot provide on arrival, without a refund. According to the business, it maintains the highest standard of sanitation.
