On a first visit, staff talk with clients about their needs before choosing treatments. The menu is broad: facials and peels, massage in many styles, body treatments with exfoliating scrubs and nourishing wraps, body contouring and weight loss treatments, waxing for face and body, manicures and pedicures in many colors and styles including gel polish, lash and brow tinting, and microblading consultations.

Facials use the Eminence Organic skin care line and are offered for men and women. The spa recommends a facial every four weeks. Options include peel facials, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, a teen facial, an acne-focused facial, a cryo facial and a back facial, with add-ons such as skin tightening, a Pro Lift treatment and red light therapy.

Wellness services include a dry sauna, which can be booked before a treatment or on its own, and the Serenity Salt Room, which offers dry salt therapy, also called halotherapy. Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light waves, and the spa describes its Prism Light Pod as an advanced whole-body system. Breathwork is offered in person and in virtual group sessions, and neurofeedback is also listed among the services.

Practical details: a robe is provided for services, and lockers are available for valuables, with a therapist able to set up storage during treatment. Wraps and towels for men and women are provided for the sauna and steam room. Pedicures take place in the Serengeti Room, which has whirlpool chairs, and disposable slippers are available. Manicure and pedicure tools are sanitized between clients, with hard tools kept in an ultraviolet cabinet and disposable tools used when possible. Clients can book online or by phone, create an online account under My Account, arrange standing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly appointments, and book group visits where each member picks their own services. Cancellations and reschedules need phone notice 24 hours ahead, or 48 hours for multiple-service appointments, and reservation changes cannot be made by email. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Gift cards are sold in any amount in the spa and online, and the Unique Boutique sells spa products.

The spa works on an integrated total wellness model, with a first-visit interview that shapes which treatments are chosen.

Breathwork sessions take place in a dim room with soft music, or in a brighter space for clients who prefer a more open feel.
