The menu is priced by service and length of time, starting with a 10-minute Wax Color that uses temporary hair color that washes out with shampoo. Standard cuts run from a quick trim of ends to longer women's cuts that can take 80 minutes or more. Parent-and-child cuts are offered as a single booking, with shampoo and styling included.
Color services start at $80 and take 10 minutes or more, with three options to choose from. The salon recommends booking a color consultation first. That consultation is free, runs 20 minutes, and helps determine hair thickness and pattern as well as color choices. A separate free 15-minute consultation is also available, which is not a hair appointment.
Tinsel is a specialty service that can give hair a subtle shimmer or a bolder look, with pricing based on how much tinsel is used and the styling involved. Children's visits have some practical notes: the suite is shared, so families expecting a child to cry or yell are asked to book before 10 AM or after 5 PM.
Booking is done online through a GlossGenius page, and clients can also call or message to reschedule. Cancellations need at least 6 hours' notice, and no-shows or late cancellations are charged a 20% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open from 8 AM to 10 PM every day.
