Loc care is a large part of the offering. Starter locs are available for adults and children, and a consultation is required before starter locs, loc surgery, loc extensions, and color services. Maintenance options run from a quick loc repair that reattaches a loc that has come out, to retwists, interlock tightening, and a loc detox with a deep cleanse and scalp oiling. A fuller loc bundle adds a scrub wash, a tea tree scalp treatment, loc oil, a retwist, and a shape up or simple style. Locs under 10 months old need an appointment every three to four weeks.

Braiding and natural styles include feed-in braids, stitch braids, west sides, plats, two-strand twists, straight backs, children's braids, and men's designer braids. Shampoo and blowout are included with all natural styling services, and a deep conditioning treatment can be added on its own.

Booking involves a $25 nonrefundable deposit that is applied to the total price, with the balance due when the service is finished. Cash is the preferred payment, and Cash App, PayPal, and debit or credit cards are also accepted with a $5 processing fee. A deposit can be moved once to another appointment if the original is cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $10 fee, and after 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled and must be rebooked. A no-call, no-show means future booking is not permitted. Hair should be free of major tangles, or a $20 deep conditioning fee applies. The salon asks clients not to book when they are short on time, and it supplies any color used for chemical services.
