Services run from a quick brow or lip wax to full body packages. Brazilian waxing can be shaped to leave a strip or a triangle or taken fully bare. Men can book a Manzilian, a waxing service for the pubic area, scrotum and buttocks.
Repeat clients can choose prepaid packages or monthly Haus Club memberships. Membership holders get priority booking, 10% off retail and other member perks. Full body and Brazilian packages save between $20 and $115 compared with booking each visit separately. The Silk Haus Packages bundle several areas into one visit for women and men.
Booking requires a valid card and a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service total. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours ahead. Clients can pay with cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval. The studio is open Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sundays.
