Acupuncture is presented as an ancient system of integrative medicine, used to ease pain and to address physical, mental and emotional conditions. Clients can come in for auto injury care, back, neck, shoulder or sciatic pain, stress and anxiety, menopause, PTSD, carpal tunnel, neuropathy, digestive complaints or sports injuries, among other conditions. A first visit runs about 60 minutes and includes an orthopedic assessment, health history and treatment, at $225 at the same-day pay rate. Follow-up visits run about 30 minutes and are $175 at the same-day pay rate. Bleeding cups therapy, an ancient Chinese method, uses stationary cups suctioned onto the area for 5 to 10 minutes and can be booked by region or added to an acupuncture or massage visit.

Massage services are performed by licensed massage therapists and range from a relaxing Swedish session to deep tissue, hot stone, Himalayan hot salt stone, pregnancy and therapeutic work. Sessions come in several lengths, with Swedish and deep tissue offered from 30 minutes up to two hours. Add-ons include extra time, stationary or moving cups, hot stones, and PNF stretching.

The facial menu opens with a signature European facial, an anti-aging facial, a vitamin C facial, a deep conditioning facial and a back facial. Several facial services include skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation and massage, and the center also offers automated microneedling after a topical anesthetic, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and professional peels for acne, glycolic and skin lightening goals. Facial add-ons such as LED, high frequency, ultrasonic and eye contour treatments can be added to another service only, since they cannot be booked alone or discounted by coupon unless a coupon says otherwise.

Appointments are offered Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm, with weekend visits booked by prearranged appointment only. Health insurance is accepted for most plans, and the center also bills auto PIP and third-party auto insurance for acupuncture. Health insurance is billed once, and any services it does not cover are billed to the patient. Cupping, moving cups, Tuina massage and injection therapy are generally not covered by insurance. The center is not in network with Premera, and it is not currently accepting new L&I or WA Community Health Plan patients. Because coverage can change, patients are asked to call at least a day ahead to verify it, and insurance verification is not a guarantee of payment. Auto accident patients are asked to bring a copy of the police report and their claim number, and massage referrals from a doctor can be faxed in advance or brought to the first visit. Cards on file are charged for late cancellation and no-show fees. Gift cards can be bought online and delivered as a download or by email.

Health care and therapeutic massage are offered alongside natural spa services for skin, on the view that mind, body and spirit are closely connected.
