The coloring menu runs from base color to partial and full foil, balayage, ombre and vivids, with vivids priced after a consultation. Cuts are offered for women, men and children, along with wash and blow-dry and special occasion styling. Treatments include a keratin express blowout and a full keratin treatment, and extensions are also priced by consultation. Waxing covers brows, lip and chin. Wedding day hair is available, and clients call the salon for details and pricing.

The salon describes its customer service as unbeatable and says its prices are affordable and that it stands behind them.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are charged $25 for haircuts and $50 for color services. No-shows and no-calls are charged the full scheduled amount.
