Seraphim Aesthetics

Seraphim Aesthetics operates as a salon suite community in Castle Hills, with a med spa among the professionals who work in its suites. Each suite is leased to an independent beauty professional who runs their own business, so clients book with the individual professional rather than a single house team.

Each suite is a private, lockable space that its tenant controls, including schedule and pricing. Suites are offered in two sizes, and weekly rent covers utilities, private parking, an on-site washer and dryer, and snacks and beverages for clients. Prospective tenants can request a tour to go over availability, pricing and next steps.

Tenants receive monthly photo shoots, weekly content days with filming and editing, and access to networking events. Suite professionals also offer photography, videography, branding and content creation, so the community supports both the service side and the business side of working independently.

Among the professionals are Genesis Sosa-Montilla, who runs the med spa Kiss & Contour and focuses on injectables; Amanda Collazo, who does cutting and color; Serenity Van Ronk, a licensed esthetician who handles brows, lashes and waxing; and Yesenia Benitez, who runs Bliss Nails and specializes in natural nail care and nail art.

The community is built around independent professionals who each run their own business, set their own schedules and pricing, and work in a private suite.
