Serallia Esthetics

Serallia Esthetics is an esthetics business in North Tonawanda, run by its owner, Emma, a licensed esthetician. The studio's services are facials, waxing and body treatments.

The business is built around three monthly memberships. Glow Club ($150 per month) includes one customized facial each month, 10% off skincare products, priority booking and a birthday facial upgrade or add-on. Bare & Beautiful Pass ($85 per month) includes one Brazilian or body waxing session each month, a free underarm wax every third month and 15% off additional waxing. The Seralia Signature Experience ($185 per month) includes one facial and one wax service each month, a quarterly mini gift such as a gua sha tool or travel-size products, invitations to members-only events and product drops, and a free service every six months through its loyalty rewards.

Appointments are booked online through the GlossGenius booking page. The business notes a fee of 50% of the service price, which is non-refundable, for cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment, arriving 10 minutes late, or not showing up without calling.

Services are organized around monthly memberships that combine facials, waxing and product perks, with booking handled online.
