SERÁ Collective is a salon suite and beauty studio rental space on N. Scottsdale Road, near Shea Boulevard, and the site gives its zip code as Paradise Valley. It is set up for independent professionals who want a private room without running a full salon, and it welcomes artists in beauty, fashion and holistic healing from across the country. According to the site, parking is plentiful, a coffee shop next door draws about 300 customers a day, and the location is a few minutes from the 101 and about 12 minutes from the 52.

The space was founded by Jenna, a tech executive who has built five technology companies, one of them Venmo. The site says those companies reached over a billion dollars in valuation across about 20 years. Jenna started SERÁ after helping her oldest daughter launch a global lash brand and noticing that salon suites rarely had room for design and content creation. She later left a full-time tech career to help women entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Suites are rented to independent beauty, wellness and retail professionals. Suite #7 is a 92 sq ft private suite with a sink, and Suite #9 is a 110 sq ft premium suite with a window, listed as an annual suite. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, building access is available 24/7, and the suites share common areas. The entrance has no steps and features glass French doors.

For shorter needs, daily rentals do not require a long-term lease. Renters pay a membership fee when booking online, and there is a $45/day intro offer. Renters must email proof of renters insurance, then take a short orientation of the space, after which they receive a door code and use the suite on their own. Some renters book a few days a month and others use the space more often, and daily rentals can lead to a full-time suite when availability allows. Tours are available by appointment.

Members receive business, sales and marketing mentoring at no charge. SERÁ sponsors business and wellness events and brings in experts and speakers to teach members, and it works with vendors, sponsors, speakers and hosts for its Será Sessions events. The site notes that City Lifestyle Magazine featured the salon suite concept and its community-driven approach.
