Each medical spa visit begins with a consultation to review goals, medical history and health before a treatment plan is created. New medical spa clients complete a medical history form and a consent form. Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau amounts are based on a consultation with a nurse, and phentermine requires a consultation with a registered nurse or nurse practitioner before use.

Botox is offered for the forehead, glabella, brow lift, bunny lines, the jaw line to address the masseter muscle, neck lines and the underarms for excessive sweating. Results are described as lasting about three to four months, and the injections can take two to 14 days to take effect. Botox does not improve wrinkles that are not caused by muscle movement. Dysport is offered for brow lines, crow's feet and lines around the mouth, and Jeuveau is offered as a 30-minute appointment for frown lines between the eyebrows.

Dermal fillers include Juvederm Voluma, Juvederm XC, Restylane, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Refyne and Vollure, all made of hyaluronic acid. Juvederm Voluma is used to add volume and to lift and contour the cheeks, and Restylane Lyft is used for volume in the cheeks and hands. The site says results can last 12 to 18 months, and it states that Vollure is proven to last up to 18 months. Clients are asked not to book a facial or massage until a week after a filler appointment.

The facial menu is large. It includes HydraFacial MD, Hydrafacial featuring oxygen infusion, The H202 Facial, The Hydrafacial +, Hydra-Peptide Plus, Wrinkle Eraser, Sun Kissed Glow, Hydralux Lux and a HydraLock option, along with Oxygen Facial, OxyFirm Facial, Diamond Exfoliating Facial and a Pumpkin Enzyme Facial offered as a promotion. Hydrafacial treatments use a machine to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the skin. Facial experiences are offered at 30, 60 and 80 minutes, and the 60-minute version includes extractions. Dermaplaning can be added to Hydrafacial and Hydra-Peptide Plus treatments for $49.

Medical spa services also include microneedling and microneedling with PRP, SkinPen microneedling as a 45-minute treatment, Kybella, skin resurfacing, a Derma Peel described as a medium-depth chemical peel with three to four treatments recommended, and an SB Peel offered as a series of monthly treatments. Laser hair removal uses a diode laser for the legs, back, bikini area and chest, and the site says up to six to eight treatments may be needed for best results. Waxing covers brows, lip and chin.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, therapeutic, lymphatic and a prenatal-focused Mother To Be session, along with Facial Sculpt, which is a facial massage using lymphatic work, myofascial release, facial acupressure, trigger point release and buccal massage. Medical Massage is a personalized session suggested for pain, before or after surgery, after an auto accident and postpartum. Acupuncture sessions run 60 or 90 minutes, and acupuncture is performed by a licensed acupuncturist. Facial acupuncture is described as suitable for all skin types.

Weight loss services include a GLP-1 consult, a semaglutide program prescribed and monitored by a physician with one injection per week, a phentermine program that includes a 30-day supply of diet pills after approval, and vitamin shots suggested once a week. The site says semaglutide is stimulant-free and does not require restrictive diets. It also notes that nausea is the most common side effect of GLP-1 medications.

Scheduling rules: arrive 15 minutes early, or 30 minutes early for treatments that require numbing. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows are charged $99 for medical spa services, and spa appointments are charged the full treatment price. Facials and massages should not be booked on the same day as Botox injections. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time, and some treatments may need to be rescheduled.
