SENSO Studios

SENSO Studios is a studio rental business for beauty and wellness professionals who work for themselves. Rather than offering treatments of its own, it provides a private, fully equipped room that each member can lock and use as their working space. The studios are designed for experienced professionals.

Members are independent operators, not employees of SENSO Studios. They set their own schedules, hours, and prices for both services and any retail products they sell. The business describes its mission as building a community that supports professionals running their own businesses.

Studios come in three sizes: standard rooms of about 93 to 100 square feet, large rooms of about 115 to 132 square feet, and double rooms of about 150 to 191 square feet. Basic equipment and cabinetry are provided. According to the business, start-up costs are low or nonexistent.

Membership covers electricity, water, internet, and utilities, and includes access to a marketing network and marketing tools. Members get into their studio and the main door with keyless entry through a mobile app, and security cameras are installed on site. Members and their clients can also use a shared laundry room with an in-house washer and dryer, and a coffee bar with coffee and water. Parking is ample, and the business is open from 7am to 11pm every day.

Membership is billed weekly on Mondays before noon. A security deposit equal to two weeks' rent is collected at the start of the contract and returned at the end if the studio is left in its original condition. According to the business, no hidden or additional fees apply. The business lists its members in the Stadium Plaza, Fountain Center, and Converse directories.

Membership is meant to help professionals build a business identity with the client base they already have.
