Most guests start with one of four packages, priced from $100 to $200. The Express package includes lymphatic drainage, deep scalp cleansing, a double shampoo, scalp and neck massage, an oxygen scalp treatment and a non-style blow dry. The Signature package adds facial cleansing, a hot towel, a hydrating scalp mask and hand and arm massage. The Premium and Sensation packages go further, with Olaplex steps, hot stone work and facial or neck and shoulder treatments. The Sensation package also includes 60 minutes of hands-on wellness therapy. Blow-outs are not included, since each package finishes with a non-style blow dry.

For a visit built around individual needs, the Head Spa treatment is selected at the studio after a consultation, based on scalp and hair needs. It takes about an hour and a half and requires a $20 deposit. Packages also require a $20 deposit when booked online.

Hair-focused services include a gray coverage treatment, a keratin repair treatment, a minoxidil-based regrowth treatment and several scalp care treatments that use SHISEIDO products. The studio also offers shorter body and facial services, face waxing and a kids head spa. Memberships with deposits of $300, $500 or $1,000 give added value toward treatments, wellness services and self-care experiences. eGift cards are sold and do not expire.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 10 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
