The head spa line runs from a 30-minute Essential treatment up to a 120-minute Unwind treatment, which includes a full facial and a hot stone treatment. Each step up adds time and more elements, such as mini facial work at the 90-minute Nourish level. Facials are slow treatments that combine botanical products, massage and warm steam, and they range from a 50-minute Fresh facial to a 90-minute Relax Renewed facial that layers glow work, jade rolling and hot stone work.
Salt room sessions last 45 minutes of quiet rest in a Himalayan salt room, with a few minutes of sound scanning included. A shared session is offered per person for groups of up to eight, and the room can also be booked exclusively for a group. Sound healing sessions are one hour, use Himalayan singing bowls and take place in the salt room, with up to six guests in the room at a time.
For guests who want more than one service, the studio offers curated experiences that pair halotherapy, facials, head spa treatments, sound healing or a yoga class across visits of roughly three to four hours. Experiences are valid for one year from purchase. A build-your-own option lets guests choose any three services at 20% off the combined menu price, with no more than one head spa and one facial in the selection.
Memberships give one named member a monthly allowance of service credits, one salt room session and 10% off services. Unused credits can carry into the next month, but salt room sessions do not. Packages offer a percentage discount on a set number of chosen services, each with a complimentary 15-minute salt room session. The studio's booking policy, packages policy, membership policy and a consent form are all published on the site, and the FAQ covers ingredients for head spa and facials as well as parking.
Hours are Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, weekends from 9am to 6pm, and the studio is closed on Tuesdays. Bookings and questions go to senwellnesshouse@gmail.com or (916) 758-6176. Nature Love, an eco nail salon, is a sister business next door at the same address.
