The color menu includes partial, half and full highlights, balayage, double process color, single process color, toner, and a root touch-up for up to one inch of growth that uses no bleach. Highlights, partial highlights and balayage have to be requested by calling the salon. Single process color for medium to long hair takes about two hours, and the short-hair version takes about two and a half hours. Prices start at list price and vary with hair length, thickness and design.

Haircuts cover short, medium-long and long styles, plus a long-to-short service for clients moving from long hair into a shorter cut, which takes about an hour and a half to allow for consultation and shaping. There is a separate kids' cut for children under 12, and a bang cut for $20 that does not include a wash and blow dry. Senior stylist cuts are priced from $90 to $150 and include a wash and blow dry. The first adult haircut with any stylist receives 10 percent off.

Other services include keratin treatment, Japanese straightening, regular perms, a Milbon hair treatment, Japanese head spa and wash and blow dry, with blow dry add-ons available after a treatment or head spa. Prices exclude New York sales tax of 4.5 percent.

Clients should give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Changes or cancellations made with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full service price, and any outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked. To reschedule, clients send a message through Square rather than calling or emailing.
