The salon was founded by owner Phuong Huynh with the aim of building a supportive setting for others working in the nail industry. The enhancement menu covers acrylic full sets, fill-ins and refills, builder gel, dipping powder and Gel X, most with gel color or power color options, along with removal and reapply services. Clients can text reference photos to get an estimate for nail art or enhancements. Emily Nhung Quach, an expert consultant, focuses on nail art.

Five pedicure packages run from Basic Express to Signature, and any package can be upgraded to gel polish for an extra $20. The salon uses Aprés Gel-X soft-gel extensions, which the salon says are free of HEMA and TPO, along with OPI gel polish, Nitro nail color and VOESH New York skin care in its spa products. It states that it uses only well-known brand products.

Kids services are offered for children aged 10 and under. Waxing is offered to women only, and bikini and Brazilian waxing are not offered. Events or parties of six or more can be arranged through the front desk or by email, and gift cards can be bought online. Nail enhancements may carry extra charges for shape, length and soak-off. Services are non-refundable, and a one-week guarantee applies to all services except regular polish. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period before appointments may be released.
