A basic manicure with regular polish runs about 70 minutes, a gel manicure about an hour, and a structured manicure using hard gel and gel polish about 150 minutes. Pedicures range from a dry pedicure with regular polish, about 90 minutes, to a gel pedicure with soak, scrub, massage and gel polish, about 105 minutes. Gel-X full sets take roughly 130 minutes or more.

Nail art is offered at several levels. Simple designs cover smaller patterns, chrome, loose glitter, stickers and small charms, while complex work includes detailed designs, 3D art, encapsulated glitter and airbrushing. Several simple designs in one appointment may cost extra, and clients can ask for a quote before booking. Regular polish takes about 24 hours to dry fully, so the salon recommends gel pedicures in winter. Clients booking a regular-polish dry pedicure are asked to bring flip flops or open shoes.

Policies: cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before the appointment, and an appointment is treated as cancelled if the client has not arrived within 20 minutes of its start time. No-call, no-show or no-text cancellations may lead to removal from online booking.
