Beauty services include eyelash extensions applied to individual lashes in classic, hybrid and volume full sets, fills, and lash lifts with tint. Microblading is semi-permanent, priced at $550 with a 3-week touch-up included, and touch-ups are available at 3 to 6 months or yearly after 18 months.

Massage options run from Rock Spa Massage, offered as Swedish or deep-tissue, and couples massage with two therapists, to hot stone, table top Thai, prenatal massage for expectant mothers past the first trimester, a CBD and warm-stone treatment, and an express massage paired with a short facial. The spa describes its Rhythm & Motion menu as the world's first fully immersive music-centric spa menu. Nail services cover manicures, pedicures, a men's mani/pedi, dip, gel, and nail extensions, and salon and barbershop services cover cuts, color, balayage, blowouts, updos, keratin treatments and extension work. Hair pricing depends on length and condition, and some services need a consultation first.

Appointments can be booked by calling 813.627.7650, and reservations go through Customer Care at 1 (866) 502-7529. Every appointment must be guaranteed with a credit card, changes or cancellations need 12 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full treatment price. Clients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early. Spa guests receive a robe, slippers, towels and a locker, and therapist gender preference can be requested at booking. Services can be charged to a hotel room with photo ID, and cash, major credit cards, Unity Points and property credit are accepted.
