Every visit is built around the guest's current skin needs and personal skincare goals. Guests are seen in a private, guest-only space with time reserved just for them. New guests begin with an in-depth consultation that covers their concerns, skin goals, medical history and lifestyle before a 75-minute facial. Returning guests who have visited within the past three months book a 60-minute facial that also starts with a consultation. Each experience has built-in time for relaxation and refreshment, which guests can skip by telling the concierge when they reserve. Suggested products come from the professional skincare lines carried in the studio.

Several offerings stand out. The Luxe Lift Facial Experience is a 60-minute facial at $175, which the studio presents as an alternative to Botox for firming and brightening mature skin. The Curated Facial Experience with Aesthetic Buccal IntraOral Massage is a 75-minute facial at $185, open to new and returning guests, combining relaxation work for the facial muscles, tendons and jaw with lymphatic drainage and facial contouring. The studio recommends this facial about once every one to two weeks over six weeks. The Curated Virtual Skin Consult is a 40-minute video session with the Lead Facialist at $50, including a review of the guest's regimen and a skin plan for their skin type. Virtual consult guests are expected to buy at least $75 in professional skincare products the facialist suggests.

Booking and visit policies are firm. New guests pay a $75 non-refundable premium fee when reserving, and the rest of the cost is paid after the experience. Arriving 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling and loss of that fee, and late arrivals do not get extra time. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. No-call, no-show reservations are charged the full cost. Payment is by credit card only, with a card kept on file and a credit card authorization form emailed before the visit. Guests wait in their car and text the studio on arrival, and extra guests are not allowed. Outside food and drink are not permitted, and pets are not allowed except registered service animals. Guests with an open rash or sores on the body are referred to a doctor and the visit is rescheduled, and anyone who is sick or recently recovered should tell their facialist before arriving.
