Every visit begins with a conversation about the client's lifestyle, goals and hair before a look is designed. The salon describes its space as modern, understated, calm, creative and unpretentious, and says it aims to offer clear options, clear pricing and results that last.
Color work covers custom color, balayage, highlights, color melts and glosses, and color correction for previous mistakes, severe banding and over-processed hair. Cutting covers all genders, including specialty cuts for waves, curls and coils. Styling includes blowouts, smoothing, texture services, updos, and bridal and event styling. Hair and makeup can be arranged for bridal parties and other groups by email inquiry.
Treatments include scalp and conditioning services, along with a Brazilian Blowout keratin smoothing treatment that the salon says finishes in 80 minutes or less and stays smooth for up to 12 weeks. The salon recommends waiting two weeks between a color appointment and keratin, since keratin slightly lightens artificial color. The salon also sells its own hair care products, which it describes as cruelty-free and accessibly priced.
Booking runs online, and new guest inquiries go through a pre-consultation screening that asks for photos of current hair and a goal look. Inquiries usually receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours. Cancellations are requested 48 hours ahead, and no-shows are charged the full appointment price. Adjustment requests must be made within 10 days of the original appointment.
