The menu is grouped into lash, eyebrow, skin care and waxing services. Lash options range from classic and mega classic sets to hybrid, volume and wispy volume sets, with fills, lifts, tints and removal also available. Brow services include waxing, tinting, staining and lamination. Skin care covers a customized Self Care Signature Facial, a back facial for acne, add-on LED light therapy and dermaplaning, microneedling, and three chemical peels of increasing strength. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, Brazilian and full leg and back.

The studio uses GlyMed+ professional skincare products in its Self Care Signature Facials and sells the line in store. Clients can also shop an online GlyMed+ storefront, where the owner can put together suggested product bundles and basic products can be shipped directly. The business says online ordering keeps retail products fresher than the stock on shelves at most day spas.

Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment, and no-call, no-show cancellations, are charged the full service total. Clients who arrive 20 minutes late are canceled and charged as a no-show. The studio accepts major credit cards, debit cards and cash, offers free parking and WiFi, and is not listed as kid friendly.
