Self Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa in Cedar Park, Texas, combining aesthetic treatments with wellness services. Clients come from Leander, Round Rock, Georgetown and the wider Austin area, drawn by the one-on-one approach and natural-looking results.

The practice is founded and led by Dara McDonald, a registered nurse and master injector. Every visit starts with a private consultation to assess facial anatomy and goals, after which a personalized plan is built. Pricing for injectables, fillers and PRF is set individually at that consultation.

Aesthetic offerings include neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers from Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra and EZGel, microneedling with or without PRF, HydraFacial, and laser treatments on a Rohrer Spectrum multi-platform system. Other services include IPL, dermaplaning, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Rapid spray tans are also available.

Wellness services are medically guided. The founder reviews health history, lifestyle and goals before recommending a plan, and options include GLP-1 weight loss, IM injections, nutrition coaching, NAD+ therapy and IV vitamin drips.

Two monthly memberships are offered. The Self Aesthetic Membership is $250 per month and includes one IPL, one HydraFacial, one microneedling session, or credit toward Botox or injectables. The Self Care Membership is $79 per month and includes one dermaplaning, chemical peel or microdermabrasion. Members also receive $50 off injectables. The office is open Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, and bookings can be made online or by requesting a consultation. Changes made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a $75 fee, and the card on file may be charged under the cancellation policy.
