Facials start with a skin consultation and evaluation. The Selah Signature Facial combines cleansing, exfoliation, high frequency and massage, and there are versions for men and for oily, acne-prone skin, which includes extractions when needed and a tea tree mask. The Anti-aging Facial adds a collagen mask and vitamin C serum, and the Melanin Moisturizing Facial is designed for skin of color with gentle exfoliation and a green tea collagen mask. Most facials include high frequency.

Injectable services include neurotoxin, using either Botox or Xeomin, for fine lines of the face associated with aging. Effects can be noticed within a week and typically last three to four months. Dermal filler uses only Juvederm products and focuses on the lower face and lips, including nasolabial folds and lip enhancement, with results generally lasting nine to eighteen months depending on the product. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, uses the Innopen device and can be combined with PRP, sometimes called a Vampire Facial. PRP is prepared from the client's own blood, separated by a machine, and is numbed before injection. The salon also offers PRP injected into the scalp for hair thinning, including androgenic and traction alopecia.

Laser services use Cutera Xeo and CoolGlide systems. Laser Genesis is a noninvasive option for wrinkles, fine lines, acne, redness and scars on the face and neck, usually taking four to six consecutive treatments, with no downtime and sunscreen strongly encouraged afterward. CoolGlide is used for reducing or removing unwanted facial and body hair, typically in five to six treatments. Vein therapy with the Cutera Xeo addresses small superficial veins on the face and legs, usually in one to two sessions. Waxing removes unwanted hair across the body and lasts longer than shaving. Wellness options include foot soaks with a face mask or heated neck wrap and a drink of choice, which can be booked for couples or groups, IV infusions for hydration and vitamins customized to the individual, and a weight loss program with a consultation, monthly GLP-1 medication, B12 and nutrition counseling.
