Appointments are booked by contacting the stylist directly. Each service is a time block that opens with a consultation about goals and possible adjustments, and the stylist will give a professional opinion on anything that could be refined or refreshed. Prices are subject to change and do not include extra product or finishing services.

Prebooking opens six months ahead, with another month added on the first of each month. New guests join a call list by submitting the Virtual Consult Form with a photo; availability is limited and first visits must fall on weekdays. Appointments from 4pm onward fill faster than earlier ones, and priority booking is available by emailing the salon. Listed hours are Tuesday 9 to 5, Wednesday 12 to 7, and Thursday 10 to 7.

Haircut design is priced by time block: up to 30 minutes costs $50, up to 60 minutes costs $80, and up to 90 minutes costs $100.
