Seika Lash is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM and closed on Sundays. Every service is by appointment only.

The lash menu centers on extensions. Styles include natural, cute (longer at the center), cat eye (longer at the outer corners) and glamorous (high volume, length and curl). Set types run from single lashes and 2D sets through hybrid, 3D, 4D, 6D and volume sets. Extension sets can be made with synthetic fibers or real mink fur. The salon uses sable lashes and premium adhesives from Japan. A full set usually takes about 40 to 75 minutes depending on the style, and a refill takes about 35 to 75 minutes. Refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. Retouch pricing depends on how long it has been since the last set: 1 week is 3 to 7 days, 2 weeks is 8 to 14 days and 3 weeks is 15 to 21 days. After 22 days, the retouch is charged at the new set price.

The first visit starts with a personalized consultation to look at natural lashes and suggest a style. Beyond extensions, the salon offers an eyelash tint, an eyelash lift, and an eyelash lift with tint. Its keratin lash lift and tint uses a custom tint and a keratin conditioning treatment, and the salon says the curl can last up to 6 weeks. A lift and tint takes about 45 minutes for the lift plus 15 minutes for the tint. Brow services include lamination and tint, plus cosmetic tattoo in microblading, powder ombre, combination and 3D hair stroke styles. Eyeliner and lip blush are also offered as cosmetic tattoo services.

Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup, mascara or lash extensions, to avoid water for the first 5 hours after an extension appointment, and to skip oil-based makeup and skincare, mascara, eyelash curlers and rubbing or pulling on extensions. A patch test is available on request for anyone with sensitive eyes or allergy concerns. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may carry a fee. A non-refundable deposit may be required for some services or first-time clients. Completed services are not refunded, and concerns must be raised within 48 hours. Issues within the first 3 days of an appointment qualify for a complimentary touch-up. Children and extra guests are not permitted in the service area unless they are receiving a treatment.
