The name and the spa's approach are inspired by the sego lily, Utah's state flower, and by the plant's traditional use in healing. The spa also says that American Spa Magazine, Day Spa Magazine and Pulse Magazine have highlighted treatments it developed locally.

Treatments are built around mineral-rich ingredients and botanicals. Massage sessions are adjusted to each guest's comfort level, goals and areas of concern, and facials are tailored by estheticians to skin type and goals.

Body ritual visits begin with a consultation and end with water and light refreshments. Layton has eleven private treatment rooms, couples massage rooms, hydrotherapy, a Vichy Swiss shower, private steam showers and a pedicure room for up to six. Midvale is the largest, with fifteen treatment rooms, three couples rooms, hydrotherapy, a Vichy Swiss shower, a pedicure room for up to eight, men's and women's steam rooms, a women's dry sauna and a meditation area with a double-sided fireplace. Bountiful has nine treatment rooms including two couples rooms, facial rooms, private steam showers, a pedicure room for up to six and a meditation room with a fireplace. Robes, sandals and herbal tea or snacks are offered during visits.

The Bountiful and Midvale locations offer medical spa treatments, each starting with a consultation to set goals and plan care. Options include Morpheus8, which pairs microneedling with radiofrequency, Lumecca intense pulsed light for pigmentation, sun damage and redness, Diolaze laser hair removal with cooling, SkinStylus microneedling for texture and tone, and HydraFacial. The spa says it uses FDA-cleared, medical-grade equipment and that its medical spa treatments are performed by licensed professionals. Some treatments can be combined in one visit.

Each massage and facial is customized to the guest, with facial care planned around skin type and goals. Medical spa visits begin with a consultation to define goals and plan treatment.

The Bountiful location has cooler, more modern and relaxing tones than the other two locations.
