New clients receive extra time at their first Brazilian appointment for a consultation, consent and intake forms, and a personalized aftercare kit is included at that visit. Clients must be 18 or older, and a valid ID is required for bikini services. Clients are asked to come to appointments alone; a lounge area is available for children and guests, who must stay supervised.
The studio also offers add-ons that go with a wax. Hydrojelly vajacial masks, one a pre-cut sheet for the bikini area and one a jelly sheet made by Bush Balm, are applied after waxing. A vajazzle add-on places a skin-safe adhesive crystal charm on a Brazilian wax and is described as lasting one to five days with proper care. Clients who want to take products home can buy them in person at the studio.
Booking and payment rules are set out clearly. Clients who miss an appointment without notice are charged the full cost and are no longer accepted for future bookings. A five-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Payment is taken by cash, Zelle or the card on file, and in person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Service payments are final and non-refundable once a service has been performed. Clients on Tretinoin or Accutane cannot book Full Face waxing, and clients using retinols, adapalene, AHAs, BHAs or other exfoliants are asked to stop them for at least 7 to 10 days before a Full Face appointment.
Each treatment has its own set time and deposit, and new clients get extra time for consultation and intake before a first Brazilian wax.
