The studio was founded by Lucy Chou and operates from a private room in a suite on Irvine Boulevard in Tustin. Clients book into a single private studio rather than a open salon floor, which keeps visits quiet and unhurried.

The menu is sorted into manicures, pedicures, enhancements (Gel-X and dip powder are listed here), nail art, polish changes and add-ons. Five named pedicures are on offer: Vanilla Delight, Lavender Relief, Peppermint Breeze, Lemon Infused and Kopari Rose Glow. The Secret Signature Manicure takes 60 minutes and includes a shoulder massage, a paraffin dip, a warm towel wrap and standard polish; it can't be paired with gel polish or enhancements. Seasonal pedicures are available only in summer and fall.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and closed Sunday. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio aims for a calm, clean space where clients feel comfortable, valued and pampered, and its stated goal is for each visit to leave clients feeling refreshed, polished and confident.
