The facial menu is split into two lines. Organic facials use Secret Organics, the spa's own product line, and include options such as an acai and goji berry hydrating facial, a tea tree and mint facial for acne, an enzyme exfoliating facial, an oatstraw and honey exfoliating facial, a stress relieving facial with scalp and hand massage and aromatherapy, and a matcha green tea anti-aging facial with a collagen eye treatment. Clinical facials use Bioelements products and include a pore cleansing facial, a collagen facial, a brightening facial that uses the LightPlex GigaWatt Dark Spot Corrector, a power surface peel, and a firming facial built around the Bioelements Flaxx-C Firming Mask.

Beyond facials, the spa offers chemical peels such as glycolic or pumpkin peels and PCA skin peels, along with microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion (which uses suction and an oxygenated solution), and radio frequency skin tightening that is customized to each client and priced according to the treatment. Add-on services such as wrinkle reduction, eye and brow lifts, dark circle correction, and power treatments can be combined with a facial. Premium head spa packages are also available.

Waxing uses Lycon hard wax, which the spa says removes hair as short as 1 mm and suits sensitive areas of the face and body. Waxing services include Brazilian, eyebrow, men's chest and back, and strip waxes, plus full body Lycon hard wax. Gift vouchers redeemable at the spa do not expire, and printed gift certificates are arranged by text and sent by email.

The spa works with its own organic line and with Bioelements products, and each facial is built around a named treatment with a defined focus.
