About

Secret Hands Med Spa is a medical aesthetics and spa business on Flagami Boulevard in Miami. Its menu is broad, combining body contouring and facial treatments with massage, injections, IV therapy and peptide programs.

Body contouring is a major focus. Cavitation, which the business says uses low-frequency ultrasound to break down localized fat, sits alongside radiofrequency, EMS and Lipo Laser treatments. Lipo correction comes in several forms: a five-section option that leaves out arms and thighs, a combined treatment listed at $350 that the business describes as supporting post-surgery results, and a lipo option aimed at skin appearance and post-surgical fibrosis. A reductive package brings together cavitation, lipolaser, mesotherapy and EMS, and a combined cavitation, EMS and presoterapia package takes about two hours. The business notes that results vary by person.

Facial treatments are personalized to skin type. The range runs from a facial cleansing treatment and a HydraFacial, which cleanses, exfoliates and extracts impurities, to Dermapen microneedling starting at $130, PRP plasma, a salmon DNA microneedling option, and radiofrequency combined with microneedling. Two named facials, a Circadia calming facial and a menopause-focused facial, are also offered, along with jawline definition.

Recovery and massage services include manual and mechanical lymphatic drainage, body massage and reflexology. A post-operative massage is listed from $85, and the business says it is meant to support recovery and reduce swelling after surgery.

Wellness services include IV therapy with vitamins, minerals and nutrients, NAD IV drips combined with resveratrol or vitamin C, a subcutaneous NAD course, ozone therapy and intramuscular injections. A weight loss program is offered with a first dose and additional doses. Prepaid packages and gift cards are sold, credit cards are accepted, and the business has a loyalty program listed on its Booksy profile. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Parking, Wi-Fi, accessibility for people with disabilities and a child-friendly setting are listed. The phone number is (305) 846-4357.

The business says its team is highly trained and aims for lasting results.
