The salon is set up as a quiet space. Guests are asked to keep conversation low so everyone can enjoy their treatment in peace. The room is calm and relaxing, with zero-gravity chairs, and the business says its focus is on relaxation, pampering and personal attention.

Nail services use polishes the salon describes as vegan, cruelty-free and organic, free from formaldehyde, formaldehyde resins, DBP, camphor and toluene. Gel manicures use an eco-friendly gel finish. For skincare, the salon carries the Jan Marini Skin Eminence organic line and offers facials that include named treatments such as dermaplaning, microcurrent, vitamin C, retinol and a lactic and mandelic acid brightening facial. Facials run 60 or 90 minutes depending on the treatment.

Hygiene practices are described in detail. Only single-use disposable nail files and buffers are used. Tools such as clippers, nippers and cuticle pushers are sterilized in a medical-grade autoclave and sealed. Counters and basins are disinfected after each client with EPA-certified products. Foot basins are copper, lined with biodegradable liners that are replaced for every client, and have no jets or pipes. The salon also runs continuous fresh-air ventilation and UVC lights in treatment rooms and common areas.

Booking guidance: appointments are recommended at least a week ahead. A credit card, advance payment or gift certificate number may be required to book, and groups and bridal parties pay a 50% deposit. Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice carry no fee, with fees rising to 50%, 75% and 100% for shorter notice or no-shows. Guests should check in at reception at least 10 minutes early and tell the salon about any health conditions, allergies or injuries when booking. Enhanced Experiences add-ons can only be booked alongside a full service.
