Secret Eyelash

Secret Eyelash is a lash extension business in Fairfax, located in suite 201-B at 10627 Jones Street. The studio's work centers on applying lash extensions in four styles, so clients can choose anywhere from a subtle, natural result to a dramatic fan-based look.

Appointments are booked with a credit or debit card. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and it sets out fees for late cancellations, no-shows and arriving 15 or more minutes late. If a client is running late, they are asked to let the salon know, as the service may be shortened to fit the remaining time.

Concerns about a service reported within 3 days are fixed to the client's satisfaction at no extra charge. Refunds are not offered on services, and refunds are not given for allergic reactions to products used during a service. Clients with a suspected product allergy can ask for a patch test before the appointment by phone or email. Small children are not accommodated in the lash room, as staff cannot supervise them.
