Clients are advised to trim hair to about 2 inches before an appointment and to shower beforehand. Clients who are menstruating may attend if they wear a tampon.

Appointments are booked in advance, and the business recommends booking ahead to get a preferred time. Future appointments require a 90% deposit, and deposits are not refunded for last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. A missed appointment is charged the full service fee.
