Every set starts with a consultation that looks at eye shape, natural lashes, lifestyle and the look a client wants. Each appointment includes custom lash mapping, a professional application and aftercare guidance, so clients leave knowing how to care for their extensions.

Full sets are for clients who have no extensions on, and they are booked for two hours, usually taking between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. Fills are for clients who already wear extensions: a regular fill is booked about every two to three weeks and takes 60 minutes, an extended fill takes 90 minutes, and mini fills are 30-minute touch-ups between regular fills.

Extensions from another salon are assessed at the first visit. Depending on how many have grown out or shed, the studio may recommend a longer appointment, a removal and a new full set, or a fill. A removal is not always needed before a new set.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's Square booking page. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm and is closed on weekends. Phone and text contact is (206) 600-6996.
