Seaside Naturopathic

Seaside Naturopathic is a naturopathic practice that cares for women and men. The practice describes its care as evidence-based naturopathic care, and it pairs that with testing to look at what may be behind a person's symptoms. Care is delivered in person at the Solana Beach office, by phone, or through HIPAA-compliant video visits, and the practice also sees patients located outside California.

Care is organized around four areas. Women's health and hormones covers perimenopause, menopause, PMS and PMDD, PCOS, irregular cycles, and other hormone-related symptoms. Gut health addresses bloating, IBS, SIBO, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, and other digestive concerns. Metabolic and whole-body care looks at blood sugar, insulin resistance, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, and general wellness goals. Men's health includes testosterone support alongside metabolic and whole-body care.

Every new patient starts with a free 10-minute discovery call, which is required before booking. The initial visit is 60 minutes and costs $250. Follow-up visits are either 30 minutes for $175 or 45 minutes for $225. Lab testing is billed separately, and its cost depends on which tests are recommended. The practice is cash-based and does not bill insurance for office visits or laboratory testing, though HSA and FSA payments are accepted for eligible services.

The office offers two in-office treatments. Vitamin injections, given either into the muscle or just under the skin, may contain B12, B-complex, glutathione or NAD+, with the mix chosen to suit each person's needs. The other option is microneedling paired with platelet-rich plasma, using a Rejuvapen device alongside plasma prepared from the patient's own blood. According to the practice, this approach may help with fine lines, acne scarring, rough texture, large pores and uneven tone.

Appointments can be booked through the online patient portal, by phone, or by email. The practice also runs an online supplement store and sells gift cards for products and services.
