The facial menu includes a customized facial guided by a licensed esthetician, with options aimed at brightening, calming, graceful aging or purifying, along with aromatherapy and ocean crystal treatments. Massage options range from prenatal massage for guests past their first trimester to deep tissue, Himalayan salt stone, CBD and aromatherapy styles, and reflexology is also offered.

Body contouring includes truSculpt flex and truBody, which pairs truSculpt iD with truSculpt flex. The spa states that truSculpt flex is FDA approved for strengthening, toning and firming the abdominal area. Pricing for these is not listed. Hair services cover women's and men's cuts, shampoo and style, color, highlights, retouches and keratin treatments. Manicures and pedicures are finished with Dazzle Dry lacquer, and waxing is offered for the face, body, brows, lip, chin, underarms, bikini, back and legs. Event services include event hair and makeup, bridal hair, bridal makeup and group bridal bookings. Three packages are offered at set prices, and those prices include gratuity.

Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork. Late arrivals shorten the service time, but the full treatment value is charged. Booking 10 to 12 weeks ahead is suggested. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and no-shows and late cancellations are charged in full. A non-refundable fee applies at scheduling, and a room number or credit card is required to book. A 22% service charge is added to each spa service and goes to the staff who served the guest, with additional tips optional. Robes, slippers and lockers are provided, cell phone use is restricted, and photography and video are not allowed. Guests must be 18 or older, though minors may receive salon services with an adult present.

Spa amenities are complimentary with a 50-minute treatment on the day of service, though access depends on the service start time and salon services are excluded. Amenities include a steam room, sauna, whirlpool, a co-ed Blue Lagoon relaxation lounge, a co-ed Himalayan salt cove, and dressing rooms with private showers. Hotel guests can ask the front desk for a key to the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Gift cards can be bought online and hold full value for one year.

The spa says it uses products made from natural ingredients and sells the products used in its treatments. It describes the HydraFacial as a non-invasive treatment with personalized targeting for specific concerns.

The site describes its relaxation spaces as calm, where guests can spend time alone or with a companion.
