House calls carry a travel fee based on distance: $15 for up to 10 miles, $25 for 11 to 20 miles, $35 for 21 to 30 miles, and $45 for 31 to 40 miles. Trips beyond 40 miles are discussed with the business directly. For nail art on a house call, clients are asked to send two inspiration photos before the visit; without them, a solid color is applied.

Children aged 11 and younger can book manicures and pedicures. Groups of five or more can book a private nail party at one location. The price is discussed in advance, and travel fees are charged separately.

Deposits are taken at booking: $25 for acrylic and builder gel services, $15 for gel manicures and gel pedicures, and $10 for express, regular dry pedicure, and child gel manicure. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations at least 24 hours ahead are free; later cancellations may be charged half the service fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee including travel.
