The first visit is a 90-minute evaluation of diet, vitamins, the current skincare routine and makeup. The team checks the products a client already uses for pore-clogging ingredients and shows them how to check labels themselves. Diet review is part of treatment, with vitamin or mineral suggestions where appropriate. The evaluation can also look at factors such as hormonal or digestive issues and refer clients to bloodwork specialists.

The acne facial combines a deep cleanse, steam, an enzyme or acid solution, microdermabrasion-style smoothing, extractions and serums with active ingredients. The clinic says the serums are meant to support collagen rebuilding and scar regeneration. Mild peeling or light scabs may follow for about a week, which the clinic says usually resolves within 7 days. Treatments for the face, back and chest focus on extracting impactions such as blackheads and whiteheads.

Treatment is planned as a series. The clinic recommends at least four treatments, with clearing sessions every two weeks for three months, and a custom home care routine that is adjusted at each visit. An aftercare plan includes regular maintenance treatments. The clinic says it sees results in as little as two months and can clear even aggressive acne within four to five months; these are its own claims, not guarantees. Home care products are sold only after a consultation and a full treatment, with a sensitivity test required.

The clinic uses CLEARstem Skincare products and states that 99% of its ingredients are naturally occurring acids, antiseptic oils and fruit botanicals. It also states its products are safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding and provides ingredient lists to share with a doctor. A credit card is required to hold appointments. Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours notice by email or text, and a $50 cancellation fee applies to a missed appointment without 24 hours notice.
