A visit starts with a free consultation, which can be booked by phone, through an online form or by email, and carries no obligation to book. The practice builds each plan around the client's body, goals and schedule, and some plans combine CoolSculpting with TruSculpt iD or TruSculpt FLEX. Fire and Ice, a treatment that pairs CoolSculpting with TruSculpt, is one option. CoolSculpting works by cooling the fat layer beneath the skin, with no surgery, needles or downtime, and the business says results develop over one to three months. The business notes that body contouring is not a weight-loss treatment. Dr. Pradeep Sinha provides medical oversight for all treatments, and the business states that every provider is a licensed medical professional.

Treatment suites are private and include an HDTV, Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, plush procedure beds, blankets, pillows, spa robes and views of trees. Clients can have spa snacks during treatment, and a light breakfast or lunch for longer procedures. Suites also have phone and iPad chargers.

Beyond body work, the practice offers Morpheus RF microneedling for the eyes, peri-oral area, full face, neck and abdomen, and Forma RF for the full face and neck. Full face microneedling with a hyaluronic acid plumper is available, with platelet rich plasma as an add-on. Lumecca IPL and microdermabrasion cover the face, neck, decollete, hands and chest. The consultation form also lists neurotoxin wrinkle relaxers, cosmetic fillers, Ultherapy, chemical peels and Votiva vaginal rejuvenation as treatment interests.

Membership is through the Contour Club, priced at $199 per month, with one complimentary service each month and a minimum initial term of six months. Members receive 10% off skin care products, which are not included in the membership fee. Payment is accepted by cash and all major credit cards. Financing is available through Cherry, which handles loan payments and processing; it offers a 6-month no-interest option for qualified clients, requires a $2,500 minimum in services, and offers longer-term plans without prepayment penalty. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Each plan is customized to the client's body type and goals, and the business says results matter more than the procedure itself. Treatments are tailored rather than standard.
