Clients complete the intake forms before their appointment. Cash or Zelle is preferred, and card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee. Clients are asked for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 20% fee of the service total, a no-show carries a 50% fee, and a client more than 10 minutes late may be charged 20% of the appointment total if the visit must be rescheduled. New clients booking full leg waxes pay a $20 deposit.

The menu runs from small areas such as eyebrows, lip, chin, nostrils and ears, through neck, arms, underarms, back, chest, stomach and legs, to bikini and Brazilian waxes. Several first-time client prices are listed, including eyebrow, ears, nostrils, partial bikini, Brazilian and a men's full back wax. The first-time Brazilian wax is for female anatomy only, and the partial bikini and bikini line with butt strip options are listed with female anatomy noted where it applies.

Packages of six sessions cover underarms, ears and nose, Brazilian, and full back waxing, each priced below the single-session rate. Packages never expire, but they cannot be transferred or used for other services.
