New color guests are asked to book a free 30-minute consultation before their first color appointment, used to talk through goals, current hair and a custom plan. A free 5-minute New Guest Info appointment is also available. Extension clients need a free 30-minute extension consultation first, which covers color matching, application method, maintenance and pricing.

The color menu runs from quick root touch-ups and glosses to full dimensional blonde with custom placement, toning and K18 bond repair. Haircuts, blowouts, curl and sleek styling, Malibu detox and hydrating treatments, smoothing keratin, extension removal and maintenance, and brow and lip waxing are also offered. Gift cards are available in fixed amounts or a custom amount.

The studio describes its philosophy as artistry, intuition and connection, and new color guests start with a consultation to shape a custom plan.
