The building has a private medical entrance and sits near the 4, 5 and 6 subway lines at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, and it is a short ride from JFK and LaGuardia airports.

Operations are performed in the practice's on-site surgical facility, which holds accreditation from the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). The practice describes that accreditation as the gold standard for surgical facilities. Throughout each procedure, patients are watched over by registered nurses, licensed assistants and board-certified anesthesiologists. The waiting area offers internet access, and facility tours are available on request. In a medical emergency, patients are taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.

Surgical work covers breast augmentation with implants or fat, breast lifts and reductions, complex revisions of breast procedures done by another surgeon, and plastic surgery after weight loss. Body work includes tummy tucks, the Smooth Tuck, Lipo 360 and liposuction, Brazilian butt lifts, buttock contouring, belly button surgery, arm and thigh lifts, and a Mommy Makeover that combines several procedures into one operation. The practice states it has performed over 7,500 BBL procedures, and says patients travel from across the US to have BBL surgery or to have earlier BBL work corrected.
