The color menu covers several levels of blonding. Partial and full highlight or babylight packages come in standard, root tap, root smudge and shadow root versions, and the partial version takes about three hours. Heavy foil packages build a high-impact blonde with slice highlights. Express options include mini highlights, mini babylights with a root tap, a face framing package or money piece, and halo highlights around the full hairline. For a softer, lived-in look, there are partial and full balayage or foilayage retouch packages for clients up to a year since their last retouch, and Color Me Bronde, a reverse balayage that adds depth or darkens bright blonde. Regrowth is handled with color root retouches and a bleach root retouch for growth up to about an inch, which is booked by contacting the salon directly. The 100% grey coverage root retouch is for clients with 59% to 100% grey, and it runs with extended processing time.

Haircuts range from a dry cut for children aged six and under to a signature trim that removes one to three inches and finishes with a wash, hot towel and blow-dry. A transformational cut is offered for major length or style changes, and the luxe treatment adds a scalp scrub, conditioning mask and hot towel to a precision cut. Gloss can be added to either trim. The salon does not specialize in stacked bobs, clipper cuts or pixies. Blowouts include The Parlour Blow Out, a bouncy style for short to long hair with optional iron or curl add-ons, and a more structured set with pinned sections is available as an upgrade. Hair spa rituals with steam therapy, detox treatments and an anti-frizz smoothing treatment round out the menu.

Extension services include weft adjustments, tape-in removal and removal for new clients. Extension hair has to be bought through the salon, and outside hair is not installed. The salon does not offer intensive color correction. Booking takes a small deposit, a card on file and a signed salon policy and waiver. Changes need at least five days' notice, and late changes or cancellations carry a 50% fee. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Walk-ins are not accepted. Existing clients can book Saturdays online, and new clients need to contact the salon for a Saturday appointment.

The salon works only with professional brands it trusts and does not install outside hair. New clients meet for a consultation before booking any chemical service.
