Visits start with a 30-minute micro-camera scalp evaluation, listed at $60, followed by a personal plan. Scalp evaluations are repeated every three months so changes can be tracked over time. Appointment requests are sent through the website and the team confirms each session; a deposit or advance payment may be requested by Zelle or US bank transfer and confirmed by WhatsApp. The studio is open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday.

The menu covers scalp detox, scalp facials, head spa treatments and cupping massage for the scalp, along with a range of facial treatments that include Superjection and lymphatic drainage massage facials. Several options are priced from a starting amount and vary by length and add-ons.

The studio carries the Lydia153 product line, with Korean formulas used in its treatments and available for purchase at the Houston location. Professional training is also offered: a 3-day Level 1 Scalp Care Course and a 3-day Level 2 Scalp Care Counselor Course, which requires Level 1 first. Both end with a practical exam, and Level 1 leads to certification while Level 2 ends with a counselor diploma.

Treatments follow a barrier-first method, beginning with a micro-camera scalp analysis and using JetAir hydro-cleansing that avoids stripping the scalp. The aim is to protect the scalp's acid mantle at about pH 5.5 rather than relying on abrasive scrubs or stripping shampoos.
