Options range from a Hair & Scalp Evaluation to a Root Cause Hair Loss Evaluation, which can be done in clinic or virtually. The fuller evaluation includes a microscopic look at the scalp, a detailed questionnaire, a review of intake and health history, personalized lab recommendations, a 30-minute results consultation, a written action plan and a follow-up re-check about 90 days later. In-clinic visits add a Bacon AI scalp analysis, and the package includes a Root Wellness Epigenetic Scan and a Functional Medicine Test, each with a stated value. Custom lab costs are charged separately. Root Wellness Reports cover nutrient needs, environmental exposures and sensitivities, immune, gut and circulatory recommendations, and a 90-day plan of foods to eat and avoid.
Scalp rituals combine a scalp treatment with a blowout, and a haircut or red light panel can be added to any of them. The Ultimate Ritual brings together the Original Scalp Ritual, the Haircut Ritual and the Topical Ritual. Only one guest is served at a time in the suite. Amenities include coffee, tea, seasonal drinks, snacks, a shampoo bowl and Wi-Fi.
Appointments need 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Later cancellations incur a fee of 30% of the services missed, and a no-call, no-show may be charged the full service. A $50 deposit applies to Hair & Scalp Evaluations and Root Wellness Reports and goes toward the total. Online booking opens 8 weeks ahead and a waitlist is available. Thursday appointments are by contact only and limited to hair loss services. TrichoStim treatments are final sale.
The studio looks at the scalp as connected to nutrition, hormones, stress, gut health and the hair follicle, working from root causes rather than surface symptoms alone.
