Services are organized by hair type and goal. Natural hair work covers sponge-styled cuts, finger coils, two-strand twists and comb coils on short hair, and a natural pixie consultation helps a client judge whether a short natural cut suits their lifestyle. Relaxed hair services include wash and roller sets, press and curl trims, silk presses with a trim or a haircut, and relaxer touch-ups with styling or a haircut, plus a virgin relaxer appointment with haircut and styling. Short cuts have their own menu, including a Perfect Platinum Pixie consultation and pixie styling that includes sculpting, a wet wrap and molding.

Weaves are sewn onto a net, and the traditional weave includes shampooing, blowdrying, cornrow braiding, and a hairline cut that can be styled straight or curly. Clients supply their own hair for weaves, and pixies and wand curls cost extra. Color work centers on semi-permanent rinses and consultations covering permanent color, highlights, balayage and color correction. A global bleach-out for super short cuts can include a taper, fade or buzz cut.

Deposits are non-refundable unless a client cancels or reschedules at least 14 days ahead, and a deposit from one booking cannot be moved to a different date. If a nor'easter or blizzard leaves 10 inches or more of snow, or the stylist cancels for an emergency, the deposit is refunded in full and the client receives 30 percent off the next rebooked appointment. Relaxer clients are asked not to shampoo for 48 hours beforehand and to have their hair combed and detangled 24 hours before. Clients should disclose scalp conditions and any bleaching, coloring or chemical treatment from the past 6 months. The salon does not serve anyone under 13. Phones stay off at the shampoo bowl, extra guests are limited to those being serviced, videos are not watched in the styling chair (inspirational pictures are welcome), and clients should not arrive smelling of marijuana or cannabis.
