The facial menu runs from the Classic Facial, a 60-minute visit at $175 with a double cleanse, enzyme therapy, extractions and LED light, to the SBK Signature Treatment, which combines HydraFacial and Neurotris microcurrent with LED therapy over 90 minutes for $300. HydraFacial on its own is a 60 to 75 minute multi-step treatment at $225. The Microcurrent Facial, $250 for 60 to 75 minutes, is recommended as a series followed by monthly maintenance sessions.

For deeper concerns there is The Perfect Derma Peel, a 45-minute medium-depth chemical peel at $350 that addresses uneven tone, texture, sun damage, melasma and acne, with about seven days of peeling afterward. SkinPen microneedling is offered for the face at $400 or the face and neck at $450, and is listed for acne scarring, fine lines, uneven tone and texture.

The Clear Skin Program is built around acne. The first consult and treatment runs 75 minutes for $200 and includes an acne assessment and a take-home packet. Clients return every two weeks or monthly until their skin clears, and the customized routine from the first visit is purchased separately. Current program members can book a 50-minute Clear Skin Treatment for $150, which includes enzyme therapy, a micro-peel, extractions and LED therapy.

Before treatment, clients are asked to stop Accutane at least six months ahead, prescription retinoids five days ahead, and related products three to four weeks ahead for the peel and microneedling. Botox and filler should be done two weeks before facials. Sunburned skin cannot be treated, and clients should avoid heavy sweating from workouts and strong sun after a visit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, otherwise up to 50% of the service total may apply, and a day-of cancellation or no-show may be charged the full amount.

Retail products from SkinBetter Science can be restocked between appointments by text or email. An invoice is sent for payment and the order is left outside the suite door for pickup. Gift cards can be bought online or in person and used toward services or products.
